Return & Exchange Policy

At Éktaraa, we take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece before it reaches you. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — provided the return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, jewellery box, and inserts).

• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  (Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.)

To start a return, please contact us at support@ektaraa.com with your order number and clear images of the product.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Gift cards

• Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return within 3 days, and once approved, place a new order for your preferred piece.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
