1. Accepted Payment Methods
You can make payments on www.ektaraa.com using the following modes:
Prepaid Payments: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select orders under specific conditions.
All prepaid transactions are processed instantly through trusted and encrypted gateways.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure smooth and secure transactions, Éktaraa’s COD option is available under the following conditions:
COD is applicable for orders up to ₹5,000 only.
COD is not available on premium, limited-edition, or custom-made pieces.
Customers are requested to keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
In case of refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.
Éktaraa reserves the right to disable the COD option for specific pincodes or high-value transactions.
3. Secure Transactions
Your security is our priority. All online payments made on Éktaraa are processed through PCI-DSS compliant and 128-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways, ensuring complete protection of your personal and financial information.
Éktaraa does not store or have access to your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by our payment partners.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS from Éktaraa.
In the event of a failed transaction, please allow up to 48 hours for your bank or payment provider to reverse the charge automatically.
5. Refunds for Canceled or Failed Orders
In case of order cancellation or payment failure after deduction:
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, as per banking timelines.
COD Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
All refunds are processed in compliance with RBI and payment gateway regulations.
