Éktaraa 1-Year Warranty Policy
At Éktaraa, every piece of our demi-fine jewelry is crafted with precision, care, and artistry — merging French minimalism with Indian craftsmanship. We take pride in the durability and finish of our designs. To ensure complete peace of mind, Éktaraa provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible demi-fine jewelry from the date of delivery.
1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers the following issues within 12 months of the delivery date:

Tarnishing or discoloration of plating under normal use.

Manufacturing defects that affect the structure, finish, or usability of the product.
2. Warranty Resolution
Depending on the claim period, Éktaraa offers the following resolutions:

Within 0–6 Months: Complimentary replacement of the same or equivalent product (subject to availability).

Within 6–12 Months: Store credit equivalent to 30% of the invoice value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credits are non-transferable and can be redeemed on any future purchase made on www.ektaraa.com.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The Éktaraa 1-Year Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use.

Scratches, dents, or damage caused by impact, mishandling, or improper storage.

Loss of stones, crystals, or other embellishments.
-
Damage due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, or harsh cleaning agents.

Products altered, repaired, or resized by third parties.
-
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom-Made.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Éktaraa or authorized Éktaraa retail partners.
4. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

Take clear photographs showing the defect or issue.

Include the following details in your email:

A brief description of the issue.

Once our Quality Check (QC) team reviews and approves your claim, we will share return instructions for secure self-shipping of the product to our warranty desk.

After inspection, Éktaraa will process your replacement or store credit as applicable under this policy.
5. Additional Terms

Warranty claims are subject to product inspection and validation by Éktaraa’s QC team.

Éktaraa reserves the right to reject claims found inconsistent with the warranty’s coverage or conditions.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
