At Éktaraa, every piece of jewelry is crafted and delivered with the same care and precision that goes into its creation. We partner with leading courier services to ensure your order reaches you securely, swiftly, and beautifully packaged, no matter where you are in India.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready-to-Wear Demi-Fine Jewelry: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page and at checkout, based on your delivery pincode.

  • Delivery may take 2–7 working days depending on your location and courier partner network.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders below ₹10,000, with a ₹75 service charge.
    (COD is not applicable on select premium or customized pieces.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
You can monitor your shipment status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Exceptions

While Éktaraa and its courier partners strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions

  • Regional lockdowns or courier capacity constraints

  • Inaccurate or incomplete address details

In such cases, our customer care team will proactively reach out to provide updates, alternate arrangements, or process a refund if your address is unserviceable.

Packaging & Handling

Each Éktaraa order is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to maintain product integrity and aesthetic presentation. Please do not accept a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged; contact us immediately for assistance.
