Éktaraa Return & Exchange Policy

At Éktaraa, your satisfaction is as important to us as the craftsmanship behind each piece. While we ensure every item passes through rigorous quality checks before it reaches you, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.


1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags and certificates intact.

  • The item has not been resized, altered, or customized in any way.

  • A mandatory unboxing video, starting from the sealed package, must be submitted for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Products failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.


2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If your desired product is unavailable, you can opt for:

    • Store credit, valid for 6 months, or

    • An exchange with a product of equal or higher value (price difference payable).

  • The exchanged product must pass our quality inspection before approval. The approved exchange item will be delivered within 7-10 days


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or part of special promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1).

  • Earrings, due to hygiene and safety reasons.


4. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed to your UPI ID or bank account, as shared during the return initiation.

All refunds are processed in accordance with RBI and banking regulations. Éktaraa reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping or handling charges where necessary.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit the Return & Exchange section on the Éktaraa website.

  2. Enter your Order ID and registered email or mobile number.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  4. State your reason, upload two clear product images, and confirm your pickup address.

  5. Once your request is submitted, our team will arrange a pickup via trusted courier partners or guide you on self-shipping if pickup is unavailable in your area.


6. Quality Check & Processing

  • All returned items undergo a two-step quality verification at our warehouse.

  • Once approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within the stated timelines.

  • In case a product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.


7. Important Notes

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Incomplete, damaged, or worn items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Store credits, if issued, are non-transferable and valid for 6 months.
